My brochure is ready to go to the printer, but I heard that University Marketing must review it first. Is that true?

Yes, to help the university present a more consistent image that will help build the Texas State brand, the Office of University Marketing is charged with reviewing all university publications before they are printed or posted.

What is the best way to submit my completed project to University Marketing for approval?

You can send a printout of your project via campus mail or you can e-mail a PDF to our program specialist. Please include a note asking for review and approval, and let us know a date by which you need a response. Please see our publication review guidelines for an idea of how much time we will need to review your project.

I need an invitation and a program for an event being held by my college. Can University Marketing produce it for me?

Yes, University Marketing can meet with you to determine your needs, write the copy, design the invitation and send it to the printer for you. Simply fill out a Creative Services Request to get the process started.
